The « Terra Aventura » website and app are managed by the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Tourism Board (CRTNA), a 1901 association under French law, whose headquarters are located at : 4 place Jean Jaurès in Bordeaux.

The respect and protection of your personal data is an essential part of the relation of trust that the CRTNA wishes to establish with players.   The aim of this privacy policy is to openly inform you about the ways the CRTNA is likely to process your data.

Private data collected

Private data is collected via the website and via the Terra Aventura mobile app. This data includes the player’s e-mail address, the department and/or country of residence.

The User may also register his/her :
- profile picture,
- biography,
- Department / Country,
- photos of itineraries which may represent one or several players following these itineraries,
- game ranking.
This data and content are public and can be consulted by Users and third parties.
The CRTNA manages e-mails and documents received at the address which may also contain personal data.

Collected and conserved IP addresses ?
IP addresses are used solely for technical and statistical purposes. 

Data processing

This data enables each player to :

- to log into the Application or Website account, participate in Terra Aventura (comments, photos, contests), memorise and follow his/her Game ranking,

- receive (after subscription), information about the Terra Aventura universe (newsletters, mobile pushes, satisfaction surveys).
This data may also be used anonymously for statistics. 

Conservation duration

The CRTNA distinguishes active accounts from inactive accounts thanks to the registration of a mystery word. Any data from a player who is considered to have been inactive for 3 years will be anonymized: stored anonymously for statistics.
Recipients’ data
Private data collected by the CRTNA will only be used by the CRTNA. 
The CRTNA will make sure this data is only accessible to authorised personnel. However, service providers may use this data within the scope of services entrusted by the CRTNA, as may third parties or legal authorities to satisfy legal, regulatory or contractual obligations of the CRTNA.       

E-mails and documents received via the address : are stored for a maximum of two years, then deleted.
